Nuts are rightly considered healthy foods, but unfortunately, not all of them have this quality.
In some form, this product should not be included in your diet under any circumstances.
Thus, according to nutritionist Mariyat Mukhina, roasted nuts are the least healthy.
Due to such processing, firstly, valuable substances disappear from them, and secondly, dangerous ones accumulate. During frying, vitamins and useful oils are destroyed, and harmful carcinogens are formed instead.
The best option is dried nuts.
To ensure better absorption, soak nuts in water for 1-2 hours before eating - this way you can get the maximum amount of protein required for tissue and muscle recovery, as well as fatty acids needed by the heart, B vitamins, magnesium and potassium.
Nuts also contain fiber, which helps the intestines function, reduces the level of “bad” cholesterol and normalizes blood sugar levels.
But do not forget that this product has contraindications: allergy to nuts, pancreatitis, gastritis and other acute gastrointestinal diseases.
