The Zen channel aif.ru tells how to sunbathe correctly, citing Pavel Berezhansky, a candidate of medical sciences and associate professor of the pediatrics department at Sechenov University.

1. It is best to sunbathe early in the morning or in the evening, but not on an empty stomach and not immediately after eating (strain on the heart).

Better 1-1.5 hours after meals or 1 hour before meals.

2. The sunbathing area should be where there is no cool wind (you can overheat and get sunstroke).

3. It is important to drink plenty of water and use sunscreen.

4. Sunbathe for 5-10 minutes, and then take cover in the shade. After that, each new approach is increased by 5-10 minutes.

You can spend 1-2 hours a day in the sun with 15-minute breaks.

5. It is necessary to wear sunglasses, because simply closed eyes can be damaged by ultraviolet radiation. And this is already a risk of developing cancer.
