But the main threat is not meat, fish or other products, but the oil in which food is fried.
During the heating process, peroxides are formed, which ultimately cause mutations in DNA and destroy cells. Sunflower oil is considered the most harmful.
But even that is not the main thing. Experts advise simply not to get carried away with excessively fried food.
