As the specialist explained, butter contains saturated fats, which contribute to the elasticity of the skin and have a positive effect on the condition and structure of hormones.
It is important to remember that you should not overdo it with oil.
It is enough to eat up to 30 grams per day. It is best to choose butter with 82% fat content or ghee.
When it comes to sweet fruits, it should be taken into account that they are an excellent substitute for dessert. They should be eaten after the main meal.
In addition, it is useful to include buckwheat groats, which are rich in fiber, in your regular diet.
