If a person is healthy, then his diet can include a standard portion of dumplings - up to 250 grams. But it is necessary to try to make the treat more useful.
It is best to prepare the dish at home rather than replace it with a store-bought analogue.
For cooking, you should use whole grain flour, and choose minced meat from turkey or rabbit. You can also add greens and vegetables.
The cooking process should also be given attention. The semi-finished product should be boiled or baked without additional fats. Also, no additional sauces should be used.
