She noted that regular store-bought food contains a lot of sugar, even in meat dishes or soups.

The situation can be easily worsened by washing down a meal of such products with unhealthy drinks, such as soda or coffee with syrup.

But these are not all the disadvantages.

According to the doctor, there is a risk of poisoning from products containing sour cream or mayonnaise.
