Scientists from Yale University conducted a study to answer this question. Among the participants in the observations were 28 healthy people aged 18 to 35 years.

As it turned out, during the course of the work, the participants in the experiment had improved “good” cholesterol, which prevents problems with the heart and blood vessels.

During the course of the work, it became known that the consumption of whole eggs had a positive effect on immune cells and blood.

A healthy person can eat up to 3 eggs per day. If there are any problems with the body, then the product should be added to the diet less often.
