Nutritionist Evgeny Arzamastsev spoke in more detail about the benefits of this product, reports Moscow 24 .

The thing is that seeds also contain protein, which is especially necessary in old age. However, such a product cannot be considered as a replacement for full-fledged protein dishes.

Arzamastsev also added that sunflower seeds contain healthy vegetable fats, which have a positive effect on the functioning of the heart, liver, and even the brain.
