She also reminded that you can't eat raw eggs. The fact is that in this case there is a risk of salmonellosis - a serious infectious disease carried by bacteria of the genus Salmonella.

In addition, Kashukh noted that you should not cook scrambled eggs in vegetable oils with a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. This is due to the fact that oils become harmful to the body when heated.
