This statement was made by therapist Margarita Koroleva, reports Moscow 24 .
She noted that there are vegetables and fruits that only increase allergies. She noted that this concerns oranges, bananas, tomatoes, celery, and corn.
You should give up alcohol and chocolate. The fact is that they also cause allergies or intensify an existing reaction.
In addition, you need to temporarily remove potatoes, bell peppers, seafood and dairy products, chicken eggs, peanuts, carrots and nuts from your usual menu.
It is important to consider that food with a high gluten content can provoke a reaction. Therefore, it is better to avoid wheat, for example, as well as other grains.
If we are talking about an allergy to birch pollen, then you should temporarily remove stone fruit from your menu. We are talking about apples and pears, peaches, plums. Cherries and sweet cherries are also considered harmful in such a situation. You should not eat kiwi during this period either.
If you have hay fever, you should avoid refined foods. For example, fast food, pickles, marinades, or simply fried foods.
