Nutrition experts like to repeat that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day.

Therefore, you need to approach the choice of products responsibly in order to saturate the body for a long time, but at the same time bring it benefits.

Nutritionist Natalia Kruglova spoke about this in more detail, writes NEWS.ru.

According to the specialist, morning meals should contain complex carbohydrates and protein - animal or in the form of milk.

Kruglova noted that these can be porridge, muesli and whole grain bread. There should also be eggs, cottage cheese, cheese or kefir. You can include natural yogurt, vegetables and fruits in breakfast. At the same time, the doctor emphasized that even stewed vegetables will be beneficial.

It is permissible to add poultry or fish. However, such food is most often preferred in the second half of the day.

The doctor also noted that in the morning one must remember the individual characteristics of the body, after all, not every person wants to eat in the morning.

She added that constantly skipping breakfast threatens unnecessary snacks, a lack of vitamins and minerals, and a person begins to get the necessary calories in the second half of the day, which ultimately leads to weight problems.
