It is much better to replace sweets with dried fruits, honey, fruits. It will not be superfluous to add products to the diet that reduce the risk of inflammation. We are talking about fish, vegetables, greens, berries, nuts.

As Moskalov noted during a conversation with journalists, it is also important to maintain intestinal microflora. To do this, you also need to give preference to certain products with dietary fiber, for example, you can introduce whole grains and legumes into the menu.

It is better to replace red meat with poultry or fish. In extreme cases, you can eat up to 150 grams of pork or beef, but only once a week.

In addition, physical activity is needed to produce the hormone of happiness. It is also important to get enough sleep so that the body has time to restore strength.
