No matter how much a person wants to eat tasty food, he should avoid some foods on an empty stomach if he does not want to worsen the functioning of his digestion.

Nutritionists say that a person should reconsider their diet if they feel discomfort after eating, especially after breakfast. What foods can be harmful? What is better to eat in the middle of the day, but definitely not in the morning?

Coffee

Yes, some people cannot imagine their morning without a cup of coffee, but you may have to disappoint them: the invigorating drink will not do them any good.

If a person drinks coffee immediately after waking up, then he thereby provokes his digestion, which begins to work, and gastric juice is produced in the stomach. The body does not receive any fuel, which is why bile corrodes the walls of the stomach and brings unbearable pain to the person.

Breakfast Cereals

Numerous advertisements on TV and the Internet encourage people to think that quick breakfasts will not only give them energy, but also nourish their bodies with vitamins and microelements. But in reality, you shouldn’t expect this. The fact is that quick breakfasts are, in fact, simple carbohydrates that increase the level of glucose in the blood, which is why a person quickly gets full and can also quickly get hungry, and as a result, they simply burden their digestion.

Sweet pastries

Of course, sometimes a person wants to eat some tasty bun with coffee, but in this case he must remember that he is urging his pancreas to work hard and produce as much insulin as possible.
However, there is nothing good in constant glucose surges. Firstly, a person will not be able to get full and will go to the kitchen again half an hour after breakfast. And secondly, he gains extra pounds, which also depends on the level of insulin in the blood.

As for yeast baked goods, they do not bring any health benefits. Yeast provokes pain, discomfort and gas formation in the intestines. If a person cannot say “no” to baked goods, they should at least reduce their consumption to 1-2 times a week.
