How to extend the life of a Christmas tree
Firstly, under no circumstances should you install a Christmas tree near a radiator.
Secondly, the tree needs to be placed in a nutrient solution. For example, based on aspirin, salt and sugar.
For a liter of water you need to take one aspirin tablet, one spoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Or you can add a little crushed chalk and half a teaspoon of citric acid to the water.
You can also place the tree in the sand, after watering it with a solution based on aspirin and sugar (three to four spoons of sugar, one aspirin tablet).
Alternatively, you can wrap the tree trunk in a damp cloth and wet it periodically.
