But purchases made in the household chemicals departments do not always meet our expectations.
Instead of being disappointed every time because of a questionable aroma or its absence at all, try using the essential oil life hack.
Buy a bottle of essential oil that has your favorite scent. You can choose the scent according to the season, for example, in the fall choose cinnamon and vanilla, and in the winter - pine and citrus.
Important: Only use clear oil, as colored oil may stain clothes during washing.
Measure out a tablespoon of salt, add 10 drops of essential oil and mix it all with the washing powder.
If you soak dirty clothes before washing, you can add essential oil directly to the basin filled with water. As a result, your clothes will smell nice for several days.
Of course, you won’t be able to make things white again with the help of essential oil, nor will you be able to get rid of hair or remove difficult stains, but your clothes will definitely smell amazing.
