Today, many people install stretch ceilings. These are beautiful and durable structures.
Manufacturers of the canvases report that they are covered with protective impregnations. Despite this, the structures need to be washed.
In rooms, it is recommended to clean ceilings twice a year, and in damp rooms they need to be washed at least twice every six months.
To do this, you need to use a telescopic mop, which has a flat microfiber attachment.
You will also need a basin of heated water, liquid soap, and a special product for stretch ceilings.
Start washing the canvas from the corners to the center. The structure cannot be pressed or stretched, otherwise dirt and dust will get into the canvas.
Sometimes it is close to the ceiling. You can't use a mop here, wash it carefully with your hands. Then wipe it with a dry cloth so there are no streaks from the liquid.
For washing, use flannel and microfiber cloths. It is not recommended to use products with abrasive particles, bleaches and acetone.
If there are stains on the canvas that cannot be cleaned, and you doubt your abilities, then call specialists from a cleaning company. They have special vacuum cleaners, do their job quickly and efficiently.
