Salt

Citric acid
An even more effective method involves the use of citric acid. Under its influence, the burnt jam quickly softens and begins to separate from the bottom and sides of the dish.
Vinegar
You can also use a vinegar solution. As in the previous cases, you should fill the container with it and leave it for a few hours, and then, when the jam is sufficiently soaked, you can get rid of it using cleaning powders and a metal sponge.
