If you accidentally crush a ripe and juicy strawberry on your jeans or T-shirt, don't rush to grab some strong stain removers.
If you use them, there is a high risk that you will damage the fabric and the stain will remain in place.
Instead, take a look at tried and true folk remedies - they are much gentler, meaning your wardrobe items have a better chance of "surviving."
So, folk craftsmen in this case advise using milk or whey.
The soiled item should be placed in a bowl of milk for several hours, then rinsed thoroughly and washed in the usual way.
Don't have that much milk? No problem - there is a method that requires using only water, or more precisely, boiling water.
When the water in the kettle boils, pour it over the stained item from the inside in the contaminated area.
Important: This method can be used for cotton and linen. If it is a delicate material, look for another method.
