Fish dishes are very tasty and healthy. But a person who undertakes to prepare such dishes faces two problems at once.
Firstly, the process is not simple: processing fish is a complex and time-consuming task.
Secondly, after finishing preparing fish dishes, the cook’s hands smell unpleasant.
In most cases, simple washing does not help to achieve the desired result: although the palms become clean, they continue to be a source of excess “aroma”.
Therefore, after you have finished cooking the fish, do not rush to wash your hands with soap. First, wipe them with any of the following products.
Soda
Baking soda works great for dealing with fishy smells.
It is enough to wet your hands with warm water and wipe them with a small amount of the above powder.
Then the remaining soda will need to be washed off.
Toothpaste
If you are not keen on treating your skin with sodium bicarbonate, then wipe your hands with toothpaste.
The fishy smell can be easily removed with this hygiene product.
Lemon
And if you want to use a natural remedy, rub your palms with a lemon wedge.
Once the sour juice that appears on the skin dries, hands should be washed in the standard way.
