Fish and seafood have a specific smell that intensifies during cooking.
The smell eats into kitchen textiles, cutting boards. Literally everything starts to smell like fish after cooking. But this problem can be dealt with.
Housewives were told the simplest available methods for eliminating unpleasant odors.
Option #1: Lemon juice
Lemon juice is used to treat cutting boards, knives, and hands. Then you can wash your hands and utensils with warm water and detergent.
To freshen the air in the room, you can bring water to a boil, throw in the rest of the lemon and boil for a while with the lid open.
Option #2: Vinegar
While lemons appear in the kitchen from time to time, vinegar is always there.
Dampen a cloth and wipe the surfaces that came into contact with the fish. The vinegar smell will quickly disappear.
Option #3: baking soda
Mix a small amount of soda with water and wipe the work surface. After a few minutes, rinse the soda with water.
Option #4: Make coffee
Another wonderful and natural flavoring is natural coffee. You can also add cinnamon, ginger, and other favorite spices.
The aroma of the drink will displace the smell of fish, and the coffee grounds can be used as a scrub for hands and kitchen utensils, which will also help get rid of seafood aromas.
