There are two popular options for storing butter.
Some housewives immediately remove the packaging and put the product in an oiler. Other people store the oil in the refrigerator without removing the wrapper.
But in both cases, the packaging usually ends up in the trash. The only difference is that those with an oil can do this right away, while the rest do it only after the oil runs out.
But this is a mistake. Experienced housewives never throw away butter wrappers.
This piece of paper is not "garbage" at all! It will come in handy many times while cooking.
In what case might packaging be needed?
Any cook very often faces the need to grease a baking dish with butter.
This is precisely the purpose for which the wrapper is needed: product residues are almost always present on this paper.
It is enough to tear off a piece of the packaging and “go over” the dishes with it.
It is very convenient and economical. After all, the main butter bar remains intact. There is no need to use parchment paper.
By the way, packages removed from the oil should be immediately folded into a square and sent to the freezer. Then a "reserve" of devices for greasing the mold will be collected.
