When washing the insole of sneakers, problems may arise, which often lead to the need to purchase a new product.
In fact, you can just use soap and wash them like regular socks.
But it is much easier to do this using a washing machine.
Unfortunately, in this case, the material may simply shrink or become deformed.
How to Clean Insoles Properly
Here is a quick guide.
- Mix half a liter of hot water with a teaspoon of liquid soap.
- Dip the brush into this solution and carefully clean each insole on both sides – it is important that the product is not in water for a long time.
- Use a cloth and brush to remove any dirt and rinse quickly with clean water to remove any remaining soapy water.
- In other words, you need to do everything possible to ensure that the insole has as little contact with water as possible.
