There is one week left until the New Year and many of us like to finish things to make the holiday a success.
One of these tasks is removing old greasy stains from tablecloths.
If standard washing does not help, then this task can be accomplished using home remedies.
Don't be surprised by some of the life hacks, as they may seem extremely strange.
How can I remove an old stain from a tablecloth?
Here are some ways:
- Gasoline. Wet a cotton pad and apply it to the desired area. Wait 30 minutes - the yellowness will begin to disappear, as the fat will break down.
- Potato starch. In a metal container, heat the starch, which was previously diluted with water. Put the resulting mixture on the stain.
- Hydrogen peroxide. Add 2 tablespoons of disinfectant to a liter of water. Soak the tablecloth for some time.
