Cleaning can be lazy, but effective. Even general cleaning can be ineffective if you make common mistakes.
Often housewives do not even think about whether they are using household chemicals correctly and why there is no desired effect of cleanliness after cleaning.
To clean less often, but still keep your home clean and tidy, you need to avoid the following mistakes.
Mistake #1: One rag for everything
For different surfaces, the hostess should have different rags. Not only for the floor and furniture, but for glass surfaces, plumbing, kitchen, and so on.
Mistake #2: Skimping on Dust Bags
The vacuum cleaner needs to be cleaned more often, and not only because the traction gets worse as the bag fills up. If you don't clean the equipment, it will act as a carrier of bacteria during cleaning. And if moisture gets inside, mold may even start to grow.
Mistake #3: Household chemicals
Furniture polishing solutions or other compounds should be applied to a rag and then used to wipe the surface. This is a more economical option, and it also helps to avoid stains on the furniture.
Mistake #4: Skimping on napkins
Microfiber cloths hold dust better and absorb moisture better. They are much better than the cleaning rags that the housewife made from old T-shirts.
Mistake #5: Warm water
If you wash the floor with household chemicals, it is better to use cool water. If you make a solution in warm water, the moisture on the floor will evaporate faster. Because of this, soap stains and plaque may remain.
