You may need to walk or run more. You can also add short bursts of exercise to your schedule.
Reduce your consumption of other beverages
Regular water "doesn't go down" if you are used to pampering yourself with lemonades, juices, soda, tea, coffee and other drinks.
If you reduce their overall volume in your diet, it will be easier to stick to a drinking regimen.
