For some reason, the category of hard-to-remove stains caused by drinks usually includes, first and foremost, wine and coffee.
However, it is safe to say that the seemingly harmless tea has ruined just as many, if not more, things.
If you have also become a victim of the invigorating drink, do not rush to say goodbye to your favorite wardrobe item.
An important clarification: you need to act quickly.
Find 3% hydrogen peroxide in your medicine cabinet, then apply it generously to a cotton pad and treat the stain with it, leaving the product on the contaminated area for half an hour.
During these 30 minutes, you will have to wet the cloth with peroxide from time to time so that the disk does not dry out, after which you will have to wash off the remaining product with warm water.
Please note: this method is only suitable for white items – on dark items, hydrogen peroxide may cause the fabric to fade.
In any case, the most reliable solution would be a small test on an inconspicuous area of the shirt or skirt.
