Grayish or yellowish tulle will become snow-white again if you use a simple trick.

You don't even need special bleaches for this. This method is also good because it is suitable for all types of tulle.

How to wash tulle correctly

1. First, soak the curtain in cold water for 60 minutes. Important: the water should be cold, not warm or hot. No need to add powder or other products.

The essence of the action is to remove surface dirt. This is mainly dust. If you soak the tulle not in cold water, the dirt will penetrate the fibers even deeper.

2. Next, the tulle is washed in water (not higher than 30 degrees). If the stains are serious, then before this, the tulle is rubbed with laundry soap. After this, the curtains are rinsed and sent to the machine.

3. After washing, the second stage begins – bleaching. For this, a special solution is prepared – 5-6 tbsp. of salt per 3 liters of water. The water should be barely warm, so that it is easier to dissolve the salt.

4. After soaking in a solution with salt, proceed to the final stage. The curtain is washed in a machine using 70-100 ml of vinegar (9%). Set the shortest mode to remove salt, gray residue, and powder.

It is important to act only in this order. Then the tulle will literally sparkle with whiteness, like the first snow.
