Frying is one of the main types of thermal processing of food.
The result is delicious dishes with a golden brown and crispy crust.
However, the process is often accompanied by splashing of vegetable oil that was poured into the pan.
This is unpleasant for two reasons. First, drops of hot, viscous liquid can get on your skin.
Secondly, the oil gets on the stove, cabinets and countertops, which eventually creates a sticky film on the surfaces that is difficult to remove.
To ensure that the process of preparing fried potatoes or fish does not turn into torture, you need to use one of the life hacks listed below.
Use parchment paper
You can fry food on parchment. Just put this paper on the frying pan and food on the material itself.
This method of cooking fried foods has several advantages. Firstly, there is no need to use oil: nothing will splatter.
Secondly, the frying pan will remain almost clean. At least, you won't have to wash the dishes for a long time.
However, you should be careful when using parchment paper. Remember that the material can catch fire.
Salt the butter
Adding sodium chloride to vegetable oil, oddly enough, makes the viscous product more “calm”.
The oil doesn't "shoot" as much, making the cooking process easier.
Use a mixture of oils
It is worth adding not only vegetable oil but also butter to the frying pan.
This mixture hardly creates any splashes. In addition, fried food turns out much more appetizing.
