If you still buy lemon just to throw a slice or two into your tea from time to time, it’s time to find out what else this sour citrus fruit can be useful for.
1. Instead of buying industrial bleaches, use lemon juice for this purpose. You will need only half a glass for one wash, after which the clothes will acquire additional whiteness.
2. And you don't need to go to the store for an air freshener anymore. Fill a saucepan with water, add lemon juice, a cinnamon stick, a few cloves and 2-3 pieces of apple. Now turn on the stove at low power and cook until the room is filled with fragrance.
3. Let's get back to our sheep, or more precisely, to cleaning the apartment. If there are greasy stains on the tabletop, it is worth removing them with a mixture of lemon juice, vinegar and water.
Important: First, test the cleaning agent on an inconspicuous area.
4. You should act in a similar way if you have a whole mountain of dirty dishes to wash and, as luck would have it, the hot water has been turned off.
Apply lemon juice to greasy plates and wait a little, then add a little soda - there will be no trace of fat left.
5. Of course, you can use lemon in the traditional way: in cooking. For example, a vegetable salad dressed with olive oil and lemon juice will be much tastier and healthier than its mayonnaise "brother".
