Any kitchen utensil will eventually start to malfunction, even if it's an ordinary cast iron frying pan.
One day, everything the cook tries to cook starts sticking to its surface. For this case, there is a life trick that turns an ordinary frying pan into a non-stick one.
An ordinary frying pan deteriorates due to frequent use or improper care.
But while the non-stick coating on a modern frying pan can't be restored, regular cookware can still be brought back to life.
How to proceed
Prepare a glass of coarse table salt and a little vegetable oil. Wash, dry on the fire and, when it heats up, pour in a glass of salt.
The salt should be heated on low heat for 15-20 minutes, you can stir it for even heating.
After the specified time, throw away the salt and wash the pan with a dry, clean cloth without detergent.
Then we dry it again over the fire, but without heating it.
Add a little vegetable oil, enough to cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer and heat for 3 minutes.
All that remains is to turn off the heat, collect excess oil with a paper towel and the frying pan will serve as new.
