In winter, it’s time to harvest mushrooms, but thrifty housewives may be disappointed.

The dish you have saved up may turn out to be too salty. In order not to grimace and not to ruin your health, housewives resort to various tricks.

So, they try to fix a spoiled dish with water or sugar. But there is an easier way. You don't even have to get rid of the marinade.

Experienced housewives use a trick that requires flour and a piece of cloth. 2 spoons of the product are poured into the middle of the cloth, and then a tight knot is tied.

The bag is lowered into a jar of pickles for 15-20 minutes, like a tea bag. The authors of the trick claim that the flour will absorb the excess salt.

This way, the mushrooms will get rid of excess salt, and you won’t actually have to re-make the marinade.

Experienced housewives advise adding 1 heaping tbsp of salt per 1 liter of water. Then the dish will not be oversalted and you will not have to correct anything, but you can immediately enjoy the preparation.
