Kitchen towels have to be washed almost every day.

Housewives do all sorts of things with textiles to get rid of greasy stains and dirt: they wash towels in the machine, soak them, throw them in boiling water.

Simple life hacks will help restore your soiled kitchen towels to their original appearance.

Citric acid

The product is used to remove stains from tomatoes or beets, as well as other types of dirt.

First, soak the towels in soapy water, then sprinkle a little lemon on the stains and leave for 5-20 minutes depending on the degree of contamination, then wash in the usual way.

Hydrogen peroxide

It copes well with old stains, grease and streaks. The fabric should be soaked in hydrogen peroxide or dripped onto the stains, and left for 20-30 minutes. After the procedure, the towels will have to be washed in the usual way in a machine or by hand.
