Fans of boiled condensed milk can now save a couple of hours of their lives, which can be devoted to something more interesting and educational than guarding a jar of milk in a saucepan at the stove.
There is a terribly simple way to speed up this process by reducing the cooking time to 10 minutes.
We will tell you how to cook condensed milk for baking filling or just like that, but much faster.
True gourmets claim that store-bought boiled condensed milk has different taste characteristics from homemade.
Another disadvantage of the industrial product is that if you buy stale boiled condensed milk, the contents may turn out to be candied. And this is not the same taste at all.
Homemade does not have such disadvantages. There are only two: condensed milk is boiled for 2 hours, and if you overcook it, the can will explode. And then you will have to do completely different things in the kitchen.
How to cook faster
Take a can of condensed milk, pour the contents into a glass container and place it in the microwave.
If the device operates at 600 W, it will be ready in about 10 minutes.
The timer should be turned on for 2 minutes, after which the condensed milk should be stirred and put back into the microwave. Just 3-4 such procedures - and the boiled condensed milk is ready!
Bon appetit!
