All you need for this is 9% vinegar and the cheapest hair conditioner (fortunately, you can often find this product on sale in stores).
Pour 2 tablespoons of vinegar into a suitable container and add 2 tablespoons of conditioner to it.
Mix the listed ingredients and add 5 tablespoons of warm water to the future conditioner. Mix everything until it is completely ready and you can use the product as intended.
