On the third day of December 2024, the Armed Forces of Belarus began scheduled combat readiness exercises.
The press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic reported this on its official Telegram channel.
All events are part of the Armed Forces’ training for the 2024/25 academic year, the department’s statement noted.
Please note: combat readiness classes are held after the next call-up for military service and after recruits have mastered the basic military training program.
According to the Ministry of Defense, all categories of military personnel will be involved in the training.
All units, military units and military command bodies will also take part in them.
Earlier, the ministry reported that events dedicated to the start of the 2024/2025 academic year were held in the country's military units and formations.
It was stated that the current year in the Belarusian army “will be marked by military skill.”
