A new school season has started in Belarus. But the boys and girls, as well as their parents, do not live by lessons alone.

Therefore, the Ministry of Education decided to make the task easier for everyone concerned, so that such processes as finding out, addressing and resolving the problem take a minimum of time and burn even fewer nerve cells.
For this purpose, the department previously created a special chatbot. It will continue its work this academic year.
This is the bot that collects requests specifically regarding school meals in general secondary education institutions.
The press service of the Ministry of Education issued such a reminder on its official Telegram channel.
It is stated that the chatbot @voprosy_pitanie_bot is available 24 hours a day for relevant requests from Belarusians.
All comments and suggestions are carefully considered and appropriate explanations are provided, the ministry noted.
