83-year-old Briton Raymond Moon got into the Guinness Book of Records and everything suggests that not everyone can repeat his achievement.
It all started when a pensioner in his later years became interested in bodybuilding, and then even took part in serious competitions.
Raymond Moon from Great Britain, at 83 years old, showed himself at the World Fitness Federation Championships in Melbourne.
The man made a name for himself in 35 categories, competing with athletes 2-3 times younger.
Officially, his age category was presented as "35+".
Of course, Raymond was not destined to achieve any sporting achievements.
But the jury appreciated the pensioner’s health and the beauty of his body.
Just like his competitors, he covers his body with bronzer before performances.
It is applied to the bodybuilder's body with a roller, and hard-to-reach areas are painted with a brush.
This procedure allows athletes to look presentable and tanned.
For reference
Bodybuilding is the process of increasing (hypertrophy of skeletal muscles) and developing muscle mass while maintaining the quality and aesthetics of the athlete's body, through weight training.
