The puzzle by Hungarian sculptor Erno Rubik, which gained popularity in the 80s of the last century, has not lost its relevance to this day.
The toy has been purchased at least 350 million times, but that is not its only achievement.
Many people have become famous for their speed cube solving skills.
Other achievements are also known, such as the most expensive cube decorated with precious stones, the largest or the smallest.
As for the smallest Rubik's Cube, it appeared in Cheboksary.
Evgeny Grigoriev, who created a miniature copy of the puzzle, can assemble the original in just one minute.
But this didn’t seem enough to him, and he complicated the task by creating a 1-centimeter-sized model of the puzzle.
He worked on its creation for a whole month, and in the end the record was counted and the engineer’s name was entered into the Guinness Book of Records.
It’s true that now it takes not one, but three minutes to assemble a reduced copy.
