In order not to deprive himself of his precious sight, the man made special metal hooks that were attached to his eye sockets.
The enthusiast from the USA did not stop there and used the eye sockets to lift his assistant, who weighed 59 kg.
But even this seemed not enough, and then Andrew Stanton pulled a 3.63-meter-long wire through his nose and mouth.
The world record was officially registered on March 31, 2012.
