These products are healthy, but not for frying. All these types of vegetable oils can only be used fresh.
What oil to use for frying
Whatever the experts say, it is better to use olive (refined) or corn oil for frying.
Even more beneficial are considered to be ghee, avocado oil or animal fat, that is, lard.
What is the reason?
The fact is that overheated vegetable oil begins to release carcinogens (140-165 degrees Celsius).
