Psychologists have pointed out one simple exercise that will relieve you of this problem in just 6 minutes.
According to them, in such a state it is very important to analyze current emotions, try to evaluate them objectively, as if from the outside, and find the reasons.
After this, it is recommended to try to reduce the strength of these emotions as much as possible in order to ease the pressure on the psyche and, accordingly, protect it.
Figuratively speaking, you need to try to “switch the emotional gear lever to a lower speed.”
But how to do this? This is where the above mentioned exercise comes to the rescue.
The point is to spend about two minutes listing all the objects you see.
For the next two minutes you need to name the objects that you hear, that is, those from which sounds come.
Then spend another two minutes listing the objects you sense.
Then, in order to consolidate the effect obtained, you need to do something pleasant, for example, take a walk.
You can drink coffee, read your favorite book, watch a good movie, etc.
If you regularly do this exercise, then, psychologists say, your emotions will always be in a normal, controlled state.
