The special operation in Ukraine will end with the achievement of all the goals set by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
This was stated on December 10 by the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov.

What Peskov said about the end of the SVO
Earlier, the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, stated that the Russian Federation is close to achieving the goals of the SVO.
Journalists asked Peskov whether the statement by the head of the SVR implies that the SVO will soon end.
The Kremlin spokesman responded that the SVO would be completed with the achievement of all the goals set by the president.
These goals will be achieved as a result of the SVO or as a result of relevant negotiations, noted the press secretary of the head of the Russian state.
What Naryshkin said about the imminent achievement of the SVO goals
The head of the SVR reported that Russia holds the strategic initiative on all sections of the front, and the Ukrainian army is on the verge of collapse.
We are close to achieving our goals, Naryshkin said.
He also stated that the regime of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has completely lost legitimacy.
