Pet food is called the ideal choice. You can choose a diet that will provide your pet's body with everything it needs.

At the same time, it is believed that products from the master's table are not suitable for feeding, and some are even harmful.

But not all experts are so categorical. It turns out that domestic cats can be fed some things without fearing for their well-being.

In addition to the fact that these must be fresh and high-quality products, there are a number of conditions.

It is better to consult a veterinarian first, who, taking into account the health and age of the pet, can give an accurate answer.

What to feed a cat

1. It can be fish and seafood, but not raw, but boiled.

It is also recommended to clean the fish from skin, entrails and bones.

2. If it is meat, then it must be boiled and lean.

Beef and poultry (chicken or turkey) are suitable for feeding cats.

At the same time, pet owners are also advised not to give skin, cartilage and bones.

3. As for milk, veterinarians recommend lactose-free milk, as regular cow's milk causes digestive difficulties.

You can give your cat fermented milk products (kefir, yogurt, fermented baked milk), but they must have a minimum fat content.

4. Fresh cucumber is a good vegetable to use.

5. Canned tuna, but there should be no additives such as onions and oil.

You can also give your cat meat broths without salt or spices.

However, when using these products that are safe for your indoor cat, you should seek advice from your veterinarian.
