Surely you have seen cats with a dissatisfied expression on their faces, looking at which you get the feeling that you have not done something in life (cat life, of course).
These cats most often have a brachycephalic head shape, which is the result of artificial selection. The following breeds can be considered "eternally dissatisfied" pets.
Persian cats
Persian cats are one of the most striking representatives of brachycephaly, and were very popular in the early 2000s, and even now - there is no hiding it. These flat-nosed pets have a nose located in line with their large eyes, which is why they create an impression of discontent, despite their kind and peaceful nature.
Scottish Fold Cats
The Scottish Fold cat breed also has a brachycephalic muzzle structure and has a characteristic dissatisfied expression. Their unique feature is their folded ears, which give them additional cuteness. These cats have a strong build and powerful paws.
British Shorthair Cats
The British cat breed, despite its elongated muzzle, is also considered brachycephalic due to its characteristic features. Representatives of this breed can be described as smart, beautiful and, of course, dissatisfied.
Exotic cats
The exotic cat breed has remained one of the most popular in the world for decades, despite its recent appearance. These cats have an unusual appearance and a friendly character, get along well with people and other animals, they are smart and can perform simple commands.
Maine Coons
The Maine Coon is an American breed of cat known for its large size and strength. Although their faces are not brachycephalic, they often look unhappy.
We've previously talked about things that cats simply hate : it's not just a dirty litter box.
