Some cats have been known to have a habit of taking food out of their bowl and eating from the floor.
We explain the reason for this behavior of our pets and what to do about it.
Why does a cat refuse to eat from a bowl?
Most likely, the bowl is too narrow or the cat does not like the material it is made of.
Cats really don't like to eat from plastic bowls.
Plastic is a short-lived material. It is porous and cracks quickly. Bacteria multiply in the pores and microcracks, an unpleasant odor appears, and cats are very sensitive to odors.
Take a closer look at bowls made of other materials: glass, porcelain, steel. Your pet will be very grateful to you.
