Almost always, domestic cats or dogs beg for some food from their owners, refusing their own.

Some people treat their pets with sweets without hesitation, not knowing what harm they can cause to the animal.

Very often, pets develop food hypersensitivity.

It is a reaction of the immune system to certain types of protein, carbohydrates or other components.

The most common allergens include beef, chicken, dairy products, wheat gluten, seafood, eggs, barley, rice, corn, semolina, legumes, baked goods, sweets and honey.

What are the signs of allergy

The skin becomes red and itchy. Hair falls out and the skin becomes dry and rough.

An unpleasant smell comes from the fur, paws and ears. Animals scratch and constantly lick certain areas of the body.
The armpits and chest become damp. Animals sneeze, have tears, and their muzzles, ears, and eyes swell. Appetite changes, diarrhea, and vomiting occur.

If you notice such symptoms in your pet, you should immediately contact a veterinary hospital. And the right thing to do is not to give animals these allergens.
