Harvard University staff paid attention to this issue.
Through observation and analysis, they concluded that positive thinking reduces the risk of developing depression and anxiety disorders.
People are more likely to achieve success in various areas – in their careers, relationships, hobbies.
It has also been established that when in a “positive” mood, the body produces more endorphin and serotonin, which are also called the hormones of happiness.
And this in turn helps to resist the effects of stress. How to learn?
1. You need to learn to be grateful, for the simplest things and certainly on a regular basis.
2. Start giving the right attitudes. Instead of the denial “I am not capable / I do not know how / I do not know”, use the phrase – “I will do everything I can”.
3. Change your social circle. If you are surrounded by whiners and mopey people, then move to a social circle of optimists.
