Many people strive for stability and predictability in life.

The absence of stress and unexpected unpleasant events is perceived as a blessing. And for good reason.

However, it is important not to overdo it in following a strict daily routine.

There is no need to turn your life into a routine.

It is bad when a person starts living according to the “home-work-home” scheme. In such a situation, oddly enough, a person gets even more tired.

Why routine is dangerous

If all days pass the same way, the feeling of fatigue increases.

The thing is that routine is psychologically oppressive. The lack of variety, brightness, interesting events makes a person depressed.

He begins to cope worse with his professional duties. Communication with family members ceases to bring joy.

In such circumstances, an emotional “explosion” caused by overwork cannot be ruled out.

How to overcome routine

If there is too much work and it is not possible to seriously change the daily routine, then at least change the order of the items. Sometimes this is enough to psychologically "switch".

But if you have the opportunity and free time, arrange entertainment for yourself. No, I'm not talking about banquets.

Attend cultural and sporting events: periodically go to museums, theaters, cinemas, football matches, etc.

Go on trips. Even a short trip will help you "switch off".

It would be good if you were accompanied by family and friends.

Earlier we talked about how to find your place in life .
