Particular attention should be paid to the eyes, mouth and gestures. As for the last point, a liar will not be able to find a place for his hands during a conversation. As a result, if such a person’s word smell is not too great, he may begin to actively gesticulate.
Also, trying to add non-existent details, there may be a need to help yourself with your hands. A man or a woman may start touching their face or hair too often. During a conversation, jumping from topic to topic is possible. A person may start losing their train of thought and stuttering.
A liar will most likely not be able to maintain eye contact for long. Most often, such a person will try not to look at his interlocutor during a conversation, and will look away.
In addition, there is a high probability that he will have trouble breathing and may swallow at the wrong time.
During a conversation with journalists, Yarikova also added that if the interlocutor is silent for a long time, waits, starts to fuss, asks if they believe him - these are also significant signs to doubt the sincerity of such a person.
