The Minsk City Executive Committee reported where festive venues will be operating in the capital on New Year's Eve.

Where to Celebrate New Year in Minsk
As Silich explained, the main festive site will be located near the Sports Palace.
It will be open from 00:30 to 04:00. The festive events will continue on the evening of January 1.
There will also be 20 district sites. In the Frunzensky District, they will be located in the Hugo Chavez Park and near the Ice Sports Palace.
Residents of the Sovietsky district are invited to the Komarovsky market, and those of the Leninsky district are invited to the Salut cinema and the Minsk City Palace of Culture.
In the Central District, the sites will be located near the Sports Palace, in the Upper City and near the Minsk State Palace of Children and Youth.
In the Zavodskoy district, the sites will be at the Volat swimming pool, the Zolak Children and Youth Palace, and the Chizhovka Arena.
There will also be three sites in the Moskovsky district - Polyanka square, Pavlov park, and the Brilevichi microdistrict.
In addition, residents of the Oktyabrsky district will celebrate the New Year at three sites: near the Euroopt on Asanalieva Street, in the Sokol microdistrict, and near the cultural and sports center of the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Railways.
A site for residents of Partizansky District will be organized in the extreme sports park.
Residents of Pervomaysky District will celebrate the New Year at four locations at once: at the Rakechik club, the garrison House of Culture, the National Library, and on Russiyanova Street.
